Return Policy
You must contact ProMed within 3 months of receipt of an item for return authorization, prior to returning any item for any reason.
All returns must be in original packaging and be suitable for resale. There can be no stickers or markings of any kind on the boxes.
ProMed will charge a 10% restocking fee.
If the product shipped is incorrect due to a picking error, ProMed will send or fax a return label. If the product is shipped correctly but is the incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. |
